Tempora Resources, Ltd. was founded in August of 1997 by Larry Brouwer as an Oracle based consulting firm. At that time, Tempora primarily provided consulting services for Fortune 500 companies in the Houston area implementing and customizing Oracle Applications. Tempora also provided extensive Oracle DBA support to numerous Houston based companies.

In recent years, Tempora shifted it's attention to meet the information technology needs of individuals and smaller companies with a broader range of computer services. These services range from developing custom Web-based or desktop software applications with .net, aspx, php and MySql to more cost sensitive open source solutions utilizing Linux based technologies or even Microsoft Excel and Access solutions. Other services include custom backup and network solutions.

Larry continues to run the company utilizing his broad range of IT experience that now spans over 20 years and his degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University. He also has extensive business experience and was the original founder of Brouwer, Palmer & Associates, an Austin based bar coding and ERP software company currently named Take Solutions.

In 2011, Larry's wife Carol joined the Tempora team as a designer bringing 15 years of Web design experience to the mix. With an eye for detail and a dedication to standards based mark-up and CSS she insures that Tempora's sites always look their very best. Carol is a graduate of New Mexico State University and Texas A&M University.
