Broadway Quarter Horses

A brown horse with a long mane stands in a grassy field. It is wearing a halter and a person in a blue sleeve holds its lead rope. The background features open fields under a lightly clouded sky.

The site has more than paid for itself in leads and sales of our mares.

Larry Plate

Broadway Quarter Horses owner Larry Plate approached Tempora about building a website where he could showcase images and the bloodlines of the mares and stallions that make up their breed stock.

We created the logo and designed the site with the nature of the business of horse breeding in mind, with a nod to efficiency and simplicity for cost savings. The look and feel of the site are like visiting the stable on a sunny afternoon. We even photographed the mares and their stallion ‘Siz’ for BQ’s portfolio.

The website was built using WordPress, the Genesis Framework, and a heavily customized Agency Pro child theme. Larry says the site has more than paid for itself in leads and sales of his mares. New customers search the internet for specific bloodlines and they are taken directly to Broadway Quarter Horses. He asks us how we do it. Our answer: magic!

The Broadway Quarter Horse home page features brown stallion in a grassy field, wearing a halter, held by a person. Its part of a website for Broadway Quarter Horses, featuring a rustic wooden design and navigation links at the top. Other horses are visible on the sides.
A webpage for Broadway Quarter Horses features six horse profiles with photos: Sizzlin Two Eyes, Ashlis Diamond Spark, Boonlight Tabu, Dun Smoken Chex, Little Bay Shiner, and Miss Jay T Two, each with their year and type. The background is wooden.
A bay stallion stands in a grassy field against a backdrop of a wooden fence. Text on the image reads Sizzlin Two Eyes, listing its lineage with names like Two Eyed Red Buck and Mr Baron Red. The background includes blue sky and scattered clouds.
